Have you not received your templates?

If you have purchased one or more documents, and have not received instructions on how to download:-

STEP 1 – check your spam filter.

Why? : Our automated emails containting your download instructions sometimes end up there in error, as our email address will not be one of your regular senders.

If the email is not in your spam folder, then proceed to Step 2:

STEP 2 – check with PayPal or Stripe if your payment is under review.

Why? : PayPal and Stripe are ultra-cautious and often put payments on hold while they verify the payment. This will mean we have not received your payment, and so our automated systems will not release the templates.

If your payment is NOT on hold, proceed to Step 3:

STEP 3 – Use the form below to provide YOUR ALTERNATIVE EMAIL ADDRESS.

Why? : If you have tried the 2 steps above without luck, then it is certain that your email provider is blocking our automated “template download” emails. Your email provider is doing this because they believe (in error) that Business Documents UK emails are “Spam” (see wikipedia explanation for this).

Please send us a note using the below form, and be sure to include a different email address to the one you used for your order – i.e. if you used a work email address to make your order, please use a personal email address (e.g. GMAIL or Yahoo! Mail, or Hotmail) in the form below.
