Company Comparison Tool

When you are assessing a number of companies, trying to produce a comparison can be a minefield. Each one will have unique qualities and there will be some areas where ability to perform is far more important than in others.

Weighted scorecard

The key to a balanced scorecard assessment is to have pre-agreed weightings so that the important factors in a comparison have far more influence on total score than those which are, at best, a nice to have. For example operational delivery should always outscore having a nice website.
