1. Firstly, you arrange the timeline and workstreams along the top.
2. Secondly, you show the risk levels (RAG) in each project unit.
3. Thirdly, you arrange an area for a dashboard at the bottom.
4. Finally, you place the SWOT items in the dashboard at the bottom.
In addition to using this layout approach, you must ensure that you keep the information focused and brief. Do not try and put too much information in your roadmap!
